It is Go Time!

Sunday morning and I can't sleep. I am biding my time until I can wake Jim up and make him take me for pancakes at our favorite breakfast place. By the way... they have a location in Portland. That is the first one we went to. They have locations where their kids have spread out to.

Get ready for some kick ass pancakes Mom!

Well I have invaded the house, and it looks like a war zone. Jim had already pulled most everything into the living room and organized it all. There are stacks of boxes and furniture. The guys will be coming soon to estimate how much space we need in the moving van, so he is getting ready. The company has arranged for a realtor to come out and look at the house. She is coming by thursday, and I will be interested to hear what she thinks we can get for it.

Mom and Dad are probably sitting at Cracker Barrel as I type this. They are on their way up here. Dad is dropping Mom off and spending the night for one last hoorah. I am getting really excited about the trip, and I am so glad Mom and I are going to have a girls cross country extravaganza! I think she is excited about it too.

I still need to decide exactly what I am taking with me. I'm such a procrastinator sometimes.

Sherman is in heaven - for now. He keeps following me around and plopping down on my feet whenever I stand still. He looks up at me with those sweet brown eyes, and I get all gushy inside knowing that I'll be with the dogs again very soon. Mattie is being extra sweet and affectionate, and Muldoone is just a ball of needy love as per usual. He is such a ragdoll! I really have missed them. They are such a joy to be around... doggie smell, drool, mud, and all!
