Moving the 'rents

James and I went over to help mom and dad move from their apartment in Beaverton to their new house in McMinnville. We packed up three cars by the time dad got back from the rental truck place, and then we loaded the truck. It was like doing a big puzzle, and I loved it. They actually had quite a bit of stuff, but we got almost all of it. They just left some things behind to clean with.

Everyone was well behaved. There was no crying, yelling, whining, or beating. We worked like a well oiled (sweaty) machine.

We got them in by mid afternoon and had the rental truck back to Beaverton right around 5pm.
