Busy, busy

Sorry its been a couple of days. I have had a busy week thus far. I hit the ground running at 7am and then look up and it is already 3pm. I'm having a blast.

I sure am having fun with this snow. So far it has been almost no problem to drive. I love walking around in it, and watching the huge flakes come down. When I left for work, there was no new snow from my house to work, but in syracuse and north they had zero visability and already a foot!

It was a bit hairy this evening on the way home from work. When I left the office and went to the parking lot, there was 8 inches on my car. Nothing like scraping your car so you can go home. It was fun actually. The snow was bucketting down and six or eight of us were out there laughing, throwing snowballs, and cleaning off our cars. The worst part of the drive was getting out of the welch allyn compound. The guys said the snow was coming down about 2 inches an hour. Of course when I got home, there was less than 2 inches of new snow. Lucky so far.

So here are some pictures of my cooking success - haha - notice there are no pictures of the disaster.... clever me.

Monday night I made peanut butterballs and took them to work. The guys were very happy, and they said I was wholeheartedly welcomed to hogfest 2005. Monday night I also successfully made peanut clusters, but I waited until today to take them in. I did not want to overwhelm them!
