In progress... but the yellow HAD to go. Again, badly painted yellow.

The owner had painted nicely, but the previous renter had painted half assed - not covering the old paint. She even sponge painted the kitchen. Ick! The owner was bothered by it so much she painted the kitchen while she was in town before I moved in.
