Our neighbor's xmas decoration

They are slower than we are at finishing projects. Since about July they have been working on landscaping the side of their house near our driveway. I don't know if they have a weird sense of humor or what. They put a board across what they might intend to be a water feature, and set 2 cypress trees with lights on it .
