Quinoa Salad... Gag

Jim and I went to Oba, a neuvo latino restaurant in the Pearl, with Paul and Tiffanie. Paul is in from NY this week. The food was okay-ish. Jim got butternut squash enchiladas, and they came with this quinoa salad. It kinda looked like icky, squirmy worms.. the kind that you learn about in biology class. Even looking at the photo now... I can't process what I am seeing.
