The house on Farragut

This was by far the scariest house we looked at. It was in a kinda rough area, but it was big and a real fixer-upper. Too much of a fixer-upper. I'm not sure we could get anyone to lend on the house. The backyard was a mud pit, and the neighbors had built a 12 foot concrete block wall between the yards.
