Happy Happy Joy Joy
James got his official letter yesterday… He is now a licensed professional engineer. He passed his big exam, which is quite an accomplishment. Most people have to take it multiple times before they pass. What a smarty pants! I’m proud of him.
I am leaving Sunday for NY. I am going to be there for a week for FDA training. I’ll play around there over the weekend, and then I am going to Chicago for 3 days. I’ll be getting back on Wednesday night. Too bad mom and dad just got back from San Diego, and dad’s birthday is Sunday.
It is supposed to be 106 here today. Hot weekend too. At least the humidity is low. It is really nice in the shade. It was 96 yesterday, and mom and I enjoyed a yummy iced latte and some good conversation sitting outside at Beaverton Town Center.
Sadly, it will be hot in NY, and I’ll be staying at a bed and breakfast that is in a really old house…. with no air conditioning. The humidity is high like Knoxville.
