All Hail the Teeter-Totter!

I love the teeter-totter, or what some call a see-saw. I know they are very dangerous when not used properly. Kinda like alcohol, chewing gum, firearms, and hair dryers. And that makes teeter-totters are a dying breed. I propose they should only be legal for adults to use them. They should issue teeter-totter liscenses to those above the age of 21. After a driver's test of course.
