Heather is Here!

Heather and I have been having fun. Giggling, shopping, eating, and exploring. We went to Mt Hood on Friday, and it was gorgeous, and there was LOTS of snow. The weather was perfect. We got to ride up on the ski lift – pictures are on their way – and poke around in the lodge. It didn’t take very long to get there, and the drive was great. I have to take James back, and when Jill and Victoria get here we want to take Victoria up there for a snow boarding lesson! Heather told me they used the outside of the Timberline lodge – the one at the base of Mt Hood – as the exterior of the hotel in the shining. Yes, it looked foreboding.
