I have the answer!

On October 12th I posted this photo. It is from the bathroom at work... I had know idea what necessitated the sign.

Well I found out. We have alot of Asian people working in manufacturing and testing. Apparently they tend to stand on the toilet seat and squat to go potty. Very unteresting.
