The first house of the day

We looked at this one first... and last. I was awesome. It is on 39th ave, and Just worn out enough to be fun. It was in a great neighborhood, and had some great features. Of course we found out there were 2 competing offers on it by the end of the day. Apparently the market is pretty competative in the price range of "fixers" we are looking at.
